Before you book
Cancellation policy.
No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15–30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0–15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity; however, no refund will be provided for the same.
The fine print

- Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins.
- All IDs shall be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
- No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the client.
- Travellers must take care of their luggage and belongings. Management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
- Air conditioning will be switched off in the hills. During the trip, it is the driver’s discretion to put off AC as required for traveller safety and ease on uneven routes.
- Our departure time is fixed. Travellers must depart by the stated time and keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for refunds.
- No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on tours. We are a cordial travel community and aspire to bring you a hassle-free, memorable experience.
- TripBuddies shall not be responsible for delays, programme alterations or indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdowns, weather, landslides, political closures or untoward incidents.
- We do not provide any insurance policy to cover expenditure on sickness, accidents or losses due to theft or other reasons.
- Weather, road conditions and participants’ physical ability may bring alterations to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary schedule changes in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being.
